GLENOVARE : PESTA NUSANTARA 2025

GLENOVARE is a celebration of growth, creativity, and purpose. Organized by SMAS Global Mandiri Cibubur, this event reflects a deeper mission: to combine artistic expression with social impact. Standing for Global Project of Innovation and Regeneration, GLENOVARE introduces a new way of presenting art, one that carries meaning, transformation, and heart.

This is not just a performance. It is a platform where students come together to share hope, support those in need, and express themselves through music, movement, and storytelling. With the spirit of giving at its core, GLENOVARE also acts as a charity concert that inspires both performers and the audience to take part in something greater than themselves.

Through this stage, we hope to motivate the younger generation to be brave, to create change, and to see every challenge as a chance to grow. GLENOVARE is our way of showing that with unity, creativity, and kindness, we can all shape a better future.

1. Entry Pass Purchase:

•  Valid Entry Passes can only be purchased through the official website artatix.id.

2. Entry Pass Validity:

• Each Entry Pass is valid for one individual only.

3. Lost or Stolen Tickets:

• Tickets that are lost or stolen cannot be replaced or reissued, even with proof of purchase. Ticket security is the responsibility of each owner. 

4. Organizer Liability:

• The event committee, venue management and performers are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or injuries that occur in the event area during the event, regardless of the cause. 
• In cases of force majeure (e.g., natural disasters, war, riots, pandemics, official emergencies), the organizer has the right to cancel or change the date/time/venue layout without prior notice.

5. Ticket Redemption:

• Please bring your original ID and e-ticket from artatix.co.id for ticket redemption at the event location.

6. Permitted Items:

• Wear comfortable clothes
• Bring your Glorifest ticket
• Arrive early
• Bring personal medications
• Bring raincoat
• Personal money
• Mask and hand sanitizer
• Mobile phone or personal devices

7. Prohibited Items:

• Cigarettes
• Vape/E-cigarettes
• Flashlights
• Laser pens/Laser pointers
• Sharp weapons, firearms, explosives
• Selfie sticks
• Food and beverages from outside
• Drones
• Professional cameras
• Flags or symbols representing political, racial, religious, or football groups
• Fireworks
• Drugs
• Alcohol 
• Perfume
• Large bags
• Pets
• Dangerous flammable goods
• Power banks with large capacity (not more than 10,000mAh)
• Personal loudspeakers
• Game consoles
• Any item deemed dangerous to self or others

8. Confiscation of Prohibited Items:

• The event organizers have the right to confiscate and not return prohibited items found during the security check.

9. Public Order:

• It is strictly prohibited to create disturbances in any situation at Glenovare 2025.
• Violators may be removed from the venue.
• The organizer reserves the right to:
  1. Deny entry if your Entry Pass is invalid or has been used by someone else
  2. Take legal action against those who forge, duplicate, or illegally obtain Entry Passes
